Delivered to nearest point off roadway onto drive. Took a while to sort the parts into build order, but worth doing initially. Built it single-handed, but needed assistance to erect assembled roof struts. Fitting the roof shingles is time consuming but results in a professional finish. Only improvements that I would have liked are more comprehensive instructions ( close up pictures of joints etc. to guide assembly levels and some pre-drilled holes to speed up the process. Good quality product for the price and being an open structure, lends itself to many possible functions.

I did a lot of research before deciding on my purchase. I contacted the company to seek advice before making my purchase and as a result of very helpful advice went ahead with my order. I received regular communication about my order, payment and delivery. The product is very well packaged to prevent any damage. Installation is straight forward due to comprehensive instructions. Overall a great service and product that is highly recommended.

From ordering to delivery, less than a week. Excellent service and friendly delivery driver. Due to lock down, I had to put up the gazebo on my own, so took me 4 days. Very happy customer. Would definitely recommend Dunster House. Dative O from Brackley. Stay Safe
