Excellent service from Dunster the cabin was delivered before scheduled date and the guys who unloaded it stacked it in the way we would need to have first. It was a Severn 5x4 meter cabin and the quality was first class just a few logs needed a jig but it is wood after all. Sufficient paint was supplied and the Eco base was an excellent choice. I got someone in to erect it as I had an operation as it arrived and they also said that Dunster is the best they have erected. Only thing that could be added is extra downpipe clips with guttering. but still 5 stars. Well done Dunster.

Ordered Utopia pergola as it suited my requirements and was in my price range. Arrived promptly as promised, customer service staff and delivery people very helpful and efficient. Took a professional landscaper to put it up as was a little trickier than first thought and we are not DIY'ers but very pleased with it and would recommend. Note the overall height before purchase.

Ordered Atlas gazebo during Black Friday sale. Spoke with Tony from sales team who kindly did a zoom call with us so we could see product erected. Was delivered 9 days later, which was a lot quicker than we expected. We've not built the gazebo yet but the quality looks great. Will post another review when built.

I have just completed the construction of the Atlas Gazebo and I wanted to say how impressed I am with everything! Customer service, answering some stupid questions from me with courtesy and patience. Delivery guys were lovely and obliging, stacking it all very neatly out of the way and covering it up as it was raining. But most importantly the quality of the timber and the ease of construction. Everything fitted together beautifully and it looks fantastic now it is finished. I do think however that to complete in one day would be impossible unless you were doing it all the time (or the days were longer than they are in December!) I made a slight amendment to the roof system by discarding the membrane and using torch-on felt underneath the shingles, as we live on top of a hill and the gazebo is located in a very exposed position. Very pleased. Highly reccommend.
