I can't recommend this company enough. Delivery was perfect at day and time I had been told. The delivery man was lovely and could not be more helpful. The gazebo is extremely well made, it was easy to put up and looks amazing- just like the picture on line we are delighted with it

Pre delivery contact was spot on; surprised to to see Dunster employed delivery people, which I think Is always a signal of end to end customer care. The product is good quality, accurately cut components and clear instructions. The only issue I had was of my own and not looking for a viable solution to installing a gazebo over an already installed hot tub. (Happy to share my thoughts to overcome with Dunster if they want to contact me). I did almost all of the installation single handed, but two people is really a prerequisite (especially if you're up a ladder or when on the roof). We are considering buying another gazebo next year for our patio.

Dunsters were able to complete our order at short notice. Delivered everything that was needed to erect the pagoda. Very professional friendly and polite delivery person, catering for all our needs at delivery. Friendly staff each time we spoke to someone. Excellent experience thank you Dunster.

The shelter we bought is great the quality is excellent. The delivery person was a little abrupt but that doesn't affect the quality of the product. Was also a little put out that you offered a free shingle roof pack the week after we had ordered and paid for ours, but again that doesn't detract from the quality. After sales arranging delivery was excellent.

The gazebo was put together by a carpenter and he found it easy to assemble and deemed it good value for money.. He had one suggestion - to reposition the Dunster name plate as it has to be taken off to assemble the gazebo! From my perspective it looked more substantial than I expected it to be, so I was pleased.
