Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Open Chunky Gazebo

OrderIng was easy with any queries answered quickly by Dunster and there was a very short lead time for an Atlas gazebo. Delivery was on time with two GREAT guys putting the kit exactly where needed. I ordered without roof covering and walls because I wanted to put my own stamp on the end product. The build was straight forward with the frame up within an hour single handed but from then on, 2 hands are necessary. I would estimate all up to felt level will take 2 days depending on rain. Everything fitted well. Don't forget to predrill all screw locations as per the instruction and maybe ease the purlin predrilled holes where they fit onto the galvanised spider bracket. I also put a little wax on it to help the fitment. I am a 75 year old competent DIYer and I have a good selection of tools and I would recommend that builders of this also have some good tools available. Start with a good level base and make sure you have at least a couple of trestles and some one handed grips available. One word of warning - make sure you are safe when fixing the the last of the the roof timber. Again good equipment helps no end.

Flat pack was good and instructions were easy to follow. Issue with delivery of the gazebo, but customer support got in touch with me and compensation was given which was much appreciated. Kind regards Stephen

Atlas Open Chunky Gazebo. This was delivered on time and covered up due to poor weather. The communication from start to finish was excellent and the finished product looks a treat. Really happy and would highly recommend.

Product: Pressure Treated Leviathan Open Chunky Gazebo

Bought the Atlas Gazebo from Dunster House. Everything has been excellent. Delivery guy very friendly and placed the pack in the most convenient place. Everything in the pack as expected, good easy to follow instructions and the quality of the materials first class. Got the main structure up in 2 days. Now if only the rain would stop we could finish the shingles. I`d certainly recommend.

An excellent product which looks great in our garden and I would highly recommend. It did take a day or so more to construct than stated but that could be due to our inexperience!!

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 430 Louvre Wall Gazebo

Easy enough to put up. Would be nice to know exactly how far the posts have to be apart from. Looks lush! I changed the top a bit to allow for a firepit (and allow escape of smoke), and it is awesome!

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 300 Louvre Wall Gazebo

Great product and service. Zac was responsive and thorough in answering every question in my planning stage. Delivery was arranged quickly and arrived within 2 weeks, and I'm delighted with the quality of the gazebo kit (Utopia 3x3). Assembly does require some skill and knowledge, although admittedly mine is fairly basic and I'm very happy with the result. It's definitely a 2 person job though! Living in the north west I've added some bog standard floplast guttering to create a dry, year round outside entertaining space, big enough to fit a BBQ, brick pizza oven and dining table with 8 seats (although looks like they'll be staying empty for a while!). I'll send a pic to Dunster House for their customer photo gallery once pizza oven build is finished (just because I found other customers photos useful when considering purchasing. I did find the DH pics of two people on a sofa made the space look deceptively limited, compared to what other customers had posted)
