I bought the excellent Terminator Pent
I bought the excellent Terminator Pent Log Cabin. Arrived after 6 weeks. I got a builder to make a concrete base and I got the same builder to assemble it. It went together like a glove! 4m x 3m, and plenty big enough for my garden. Painted it in Bedec barn paint, French grey and it looks lovely. I am in the process of laying laminate flooring inside it. Ive also bought a rattan corner sofa for it and a 55 tv. An electrician is going to sort out the power to the cabin. I absolutely love it. Well done Dunster House!

I needed a replacement part for my cabin as it was broken due to wear and tear. I emailed Dunster House customer service and received a prompt reply and quick action to organise and dispatch the part I needed. I dealt with Louise who was helpful and on the ball. A sign of a good company when they care about dealing with a small issue years after the original sale. Thank you.

Excellent product and amazing customer
Excellent product and amazing customer service. There were a couple of window air vents missing from my delivery and they responded to my request immediately. Quality of the materials is great and they give you plenty of additional screws/nails/bolts and even spare cladding sections!! Takes more than the 2 to 3 days to build though. I would allow a week for 2 people as a guide.

Only took 2 of us to build in one day,went together very easily following your instructions. Although treating and painting took nearly 2 weeks with my wife unable to decide on colours.overall excellent build quality.
