Amazing Service and Product
Absolutely cannot fault the product or service I received. I ordered the Utopia Wooden Pergola on Monday 28th of April and it got delivered on the 2nd of may 5 days later amazing service, the product took me 2 hours to put up which again was great, the instructions are clear and the wood is a good quality. Overall really happy and it looks amazing.

One Year Later
As title says. I have waited a year before writing this review for the.... Terminator Pent Log Cabin Approx. W4m x D3m Wall Thicknesses: 45mm. I have got nothing negative to say. I Would go for at least this thickness, while I was thinking of the 25mm I'm so glad I didn't..the shed just feels better.. more sturdy, no creeks or groans. Feels like it will last forever if looked after...It's my only buying advice. I will offer my building advice later. The ordering was straight forward. Arranging the delivery date was straight forward. Delivery was a bit hectic as the delivery people just off loaded and all the bits weren't clearly labelled..they were labelled but not clearly when you are in a rush. But not a major issue just be advised. Building took 2 to 3 days to fully complete with 2/3 people. That's with felt on roof and moved in. And no, while I do DIY I have never done this before. Now for some advice. Base Has to be FLAT...NO IF NO BUTS. The first couple of shed levels are the hardest to do. You have to make sure that the corners are at perfect right angles..I found using one of the back board lengths at the front (where the door is) helped with this. I just kept moving it up as the building got higher. Use the spare off cuts to tap the plank's together...the tongue and grove can split. The rest hopefully will be straight forward for you. A year later, I've had no issues. It's been used winter and summer and a real addition to the house.

Excellent quality log cabin
Excellent quality log cabin: Risk when purchasing as there are no display sites to actually inspect the build quality so decision are based on reviews and pictures/advertising. Delivery Excellent however due to manual unloading there is no methodical system involved to ensure the first required timbers for the base and lower sections are buried everywhere amongst the hundreds of timbers: we purchased the 5.5x4.5 Ghost clocktower log cabin. Instructions very poor: written by a person who appears not to have actually built such a building. Common sense required but 2 days to build in my opinion is not possible: 5 days with a strong physically able and competent assistant more realistic. Also to construct such a large cabin you will require various sizes of combination ladders and hoppers including a roof ladder for safety when installing the roof and visqueen and felt. Basic felt supplied is poor quality I would recommend upgrading to prevent problems in near future and doing the job properly first time. Large set of G-clamps also required to aid bending warped timbers into place without causing damage. On completion it is clear that the quality of the product is superior to many other makes we looked at before selecting Dunster. Windows, doors, double glazed units absolutely perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Dunster but do not expect to construct the larger cabins without the appropriate tools and skills and certainly not in 2 days. Perfect!

Excellent Gazebo
Excellent service and the kit for the gazebo was excellent too. A couple of slightly warped boards, but easily useable and still looks great. We bought the 4mx3m gazebo. It certainly needs two people at times, but easy enough for a relative novice to put up. Make sure your footings are solid (I poured three concrete slabs for the posts to sit on), and you may need to purchase some extra bits that arent part of the kit. I bought fence post holders, 40mm nails for the roof slats and some roof adhesive for the felt for example. Overall, the kit is excellent and fits together perfectly.

Really happy with the quality of our terminator cabin. The build was easy enough although the instructions could have been a bit more clear. Very easy to miss steps. The customer service was excellent during the ordering process and we couldnt be happier with the final result.
