The service from ordering online to delivery was exceptional. Everything happened as the company said it would. Customer service were very knowledgeable when I called regarding delivery. The delivery went without smoothly, the guys who delivered were friendly, helpful and considerate of the goods. They took their time unloading and stacking the gazebo. We had pushed the boat out and purchased the corner gazebo with the back panels and I cannot praise the quality enough. We are highly delighted with the quality of the wood, treatment, design and preparation. Can't wait to put it together, I'll post photos when we have it all together. Thank you Dunster House Ltd.

The end result We are more than happy with. The main problem is that the instructions aren't always that clear they seem to be for various kinds of that particular size Gazebo. But we got there in the end
