The end result We are more than happy with. The main problem is that the instructions aren't always that clear they seem to be for various kinds of that particular size Gazebo. But we got there in the end

Despite the 12 week wait ( living in Scotland) due to the COVID CLOUD that sadly hangs over us all , we finally received our Chunky Atlas Gazebo , We were bursting with excitement with it`s arrival, quickly followed by OMG we`ve got to build this. Samson who took or order assured us that two to three people with reasonable DIY skills could achieve this task. Sean the delivery man with his super-duper forklift truck , which so impressed my husband who took pictures of it (sorry Sean), pleasantly, professionally and painlessly dropped it of as near to our back garden that he could go. Hubby and youngest 14 yr. old daughter unpacked the gazebo and lifted all the bits into the back garden and meticulously laid them out to do a spot check (all present & correct), took them about 2 hours, this meant the following morning we were good to go with the build. RECOMMENDATIONS Day 1 . Wife makes executive decision, enlist the help of eldest daughters 6ft 4` boyfriend and pick him up. . Hubby`s executive decision needs to buy an additional power drill. . Frame is up toots sweet .. looks huge!!!, sturdy and strong. . Wall panels easier to put in when we raised the the frame legs slightly up with small wood ends then gently knocked them away. Day 2 . Roof framed and slatted .... looks even huger (this is a real word). Day 3 . Hubby and wife`s executive decision, speak nicely to nieces hubby (ex - roofer) to put shingle roof up for us (which he did), as 6ft 4` daughters boyfriend had other plans that day. Handy Hints - power drill essential (preferably two... saves switching drill bit to screw driver. Make sure you have ratchet for bolts. If possible enlist an extra pair of strong arms (Gen up on the instructions - goes without saying) SUMMARY We absolutely love our Gazebo, it looks amazing, quality wood and design structure, incredibly sturdy and strong, 3 days of hard worthwhile grafting with ably bodied assistance. Would highly recommend this company
