The website worked perfectly from ordering to paying. Delivery (to Aberdeenshire) arrived on time and the order was unloaded from the lorry and onto our driveway extremely efficiently. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful and, although we havent erected the pergola yet, the parts appear to be a of a very good quality and I dont foresee any difficulties. I would definitely buy from this company again.

When we first placed our order , the lead time for delivery was between 20 and 30 days.. on the 30th day we hadn`t heard anything so we contacted Dunster House. We were told the lead time was 30 to 40 days ..I said we were not informed of that. We were then told those days didn`t include the weekends. We were not informed about that either.. But we have to say it was worth the wait. The Atlas Gazebo is outstanding. There are loads of gazebos out there but this really is brilliant.... We are over the moon with.. Thank you...
