Great service during ordering through to delivery of the gazebo. Delivery drivers very helpful. Great being able to track when they were arriving. All components correct and in good condition although this was not apparent at the time of delivery due to the volume of pieces. Erection of the gazebo was a longer job than originally thought especially when adding guttering, lighting etc but within a week I now have something which is sturdy and looks exceptional. Overall very pleased.

Ordering and delivery process went smoothly. I ordered the Erin gazebo 2.5x2.5m with a dome. I had to project manage the build which read easier than the application, but you learn by your mistakes and when I realised how crucial the measuring was the fit was easier. It took two men a day to construct. I absolutely love it and it looks great in my small garden. My Covid-19 shelter enabling me to have an outside meet whatever the weather.

Good quality materials and good delivery service. The instructions are clear and easily followed. It is worth going through all the components to familiarise yourself with everything before starting to build. I haven`t quite finished putting it up and at present I`m just completing the roof.boards. Apart from the initial heavy lifting of the posts and later raising the main roof trusses I have managed everything on my own and I am in my 70`s so it`s not that difficult. Solid bit of kit very happy with it.

Purchasing the Utopia gazebo was effortless from beginning to end. Order, despatch, delivery, putting together. It only took my husband and myself two days to put together, it probably would`ve only taken us one if we`d started it earlier. We`ve also put lights round it s we will be using it for our hot tub when it arrives. So many evenings enjoying the gazebo. I will definitely recommend Dunster house. Thankyou for making our summer ?
