Purchasing the Utopia gazebo was effortless from beginning to end. Order, despatch, delivery, putting together. It only took my husband and myself two days to put together, it probably would`ve only taken us one if we`d started it earlier. We`ve also put lights round it s we will be using it for our hot tub when it arrives. So many evenings enjoying the gazebo. I will definitely recommend Dunster house. Thankyou for making our summer ?

The utopia gazebo was delivered a couple of weeks earlier than stated on the website, which was great for us. We were kept informed of delivery progress throughout. We really love the gazebo. It took two of us (sometimes three)a few days to assemble. Pre-drilling and using a manual screwdriver. We had to buy a second pack of adhesive to finish fitting all the shingles. The finished gazebo is very heavy. It took four of us (one at each post) to move it to its final position. The quality is excellent, it looks great. The design is simple and functional.

THis is my second item i have ordered within the last three week, both times the ordering process was simple and efficient, the first item, a large wood gazebo was estimate to be with by 27th July at the latest and it was actually delivered by 9th July, Amazing ! this item a corner bar, i am keeping my fingers crossed that it will be delivered in just as quick time in readiness for a party the beginning of Aug.

Easy process to order and delivery was well within expected time frame. Gazebo easy to put together, having 4 people, one for each leg, did help for initial stages, but can be done with 2. Very pleased with the finished product and have been sitting out in it practically every night since. Only moan is that the delivery was wrapped in layers of plastic which had been stapled through, while some chipboard had been placed for protection many of the staples were into the wood of gazebo. Took a while to remove and has left a few marks.

Was very easy to order, delivered when stated. Took two of my builders 1.5 days to erect tho as some parts tricky and wood warped slightly but looks amazing on my patio. Overall I'm very happy and definitely would recommend.
