Pleased with Josh in sales, very helpful. Happy with the product as described, no problem. Delivery was more of an issue, overdue from initial date given by sales dept, then changed again. Delivery chaps very helpful.

Ordered and delivered as expected. Good quality and sturdy. Was easy enough to put together despite doing it mainly on my own (due to lockdown) with some help from the wife. Instructions reasonably clear as far as instructions normally go. Was a good price and seems much better quality compared to the other cheaper ones on sale. Glad I went for the smaller one as putting it together without help would have been really difficult

This was a great purchase, a fantastic product easy to put together and well built. We chose to put slate on our roof, well worth the extra expense I reckon. We chose to sink the legs into the ground a bit to make it a bit more cosy, it's a great and strong structure that you can do with as you will.

The Gazebo was a first class product and the assembly instructions were easy to understand and assembly easy to execute. The majority of the work could be undertaken by one man. Two men were only required to erect the main frame (approx. 45 min) and the initial roof section (another 45 min). My only criticism was that Dunster House should have provided a central wood piece to fit inside the cylindrical centre piece of the Spider Bracket. This would enable a central attachment for the final wood pieces of the roofing boards.

Delivery and quality were excellent as was value for money. Assembly by the manufacturer not available at present, so built it myself. I did find the instructions, lacking but I have been in touch and Dunster House tell me they are in fact reviewing their instructions. The fundamental is to identify which is the front and which is the side, get it wrong and you have a big problem. The first instruction is to fit half a log on opposite sides, I picked the wrong opposites, front and back as per Dunster house is illustrated much later in the instructions. Ps I am an average DIY er.
