Ordered a sofa and it arrived in perfect condition. I was kept updated throughout the process with two phone calls. The first was ensuring that the intitial delivery date was still ok and the second was from the delivery driver who rang an hour before delivery. The only gripe is that the image depicted a different base than the actual sofa in the instructions ; however, it was so simple I had already built it before I even looked at the instructions. The whole process was faultless.

We have recently purchased a Severn log cabin from Dunster House and would like to rate the product and delivery excellent. The quality and materials are first class. the cabin was delivered ahead of schedule by two very friendly and obliging delivery guys who made sure that the materials were neatly stacked and in order.We had assistance in erecting the structure as it was a little out of our ability but was very surprised how easy the whole thing went together.The cabin fitted into our prepared space perfectly and we are both very very happy with this addition to our garden ,Thank you Dunster House.

Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 200 Glazed Wall Gazebo

Purchased this Gazebo at a reasonable price from Dunster House for our new Hot Tub to go underneath. I noted the reviews re the instructions (being slightly difficult to understand) but if you can do a bit of DIY around the house you will not struggle to put this together. For ease it`s a two person job (especially with the roof sections) but once up it looks great. I would recommend you purchasing the shingle packs to finish it off and weather proof it. The shingles are easy to put on if you take your time and watch a couple of YouTube vids if you struggle. All in all, given you can spend thousands on these I am really satisfied with this gazebo and Dunster House. Transaction and delivery was very smooth with no issues. You get a call re delivery date post purchase.

We ordered a 2x2m gazebo for our hot tub and it is fantastic. So solid and not going anywhere in a hurry. The staff were fantastic calling to organise delivery and when delivered. We built it in a few hours between us. We watched videos on You tube on how to felt the roof as we didn`t want to get it wrong.My only little issue was it took longer to arrive but in the current climate that is understandable but thank you.

Prompt and efficient delivery, all parts present and correct. Easy to assemble, mostly by myself with assistance with raising the legs and then later with raising the roof trusses on the central boss. Shingles were straightforward but took as long as the whole of the rest of the building.

We purchased the Utopia Gazebo. Great phone sales and prompt delivery of the kit at the agreed time. Construction was challenging as the instructions are a bit light on detail, especially regarding the roof shingles. However absolutely no complaints at all...it looks fabulous!

Purchased this Gazebo at a reasonable price from Dunster House for our new Hot Tub to go underneath. I noted the reviews re the instructions (being slightly difficult to understand) but if you can do a bit of DIY around the house you will not struggle to put this together. For ease it`s a two person job (especially with the roof sections) but once up it looks great. I would recommend you purchasing the shingle packs to finish it off and weather proof it. The shingles are easy to put on if you take your time and watch a couple of YouTube vids if you struggle. All in all, given you can spend thousands on these I am really satisfied with this gazebo and Dunster House. Transaction and delivery was very smooth with no issues. You get a call re delivery date post purchase.

We ordered a 2x2m gazebo for our hot tub and it is fantastic. So solid and not going anywhere in a hurry. The staff were fantastic calling to organise delivery and when delivered. We built it in a few hours between us. We watched videos on You tube on how to felt the roof as we didn`t want to get it wrong.My only little issue was it took longer to arrive but in the current climate that is understandable but thank you.
