There was a problem with the explanation of the exact sizing of our chosen gazebo on the website. When we erected the framework we found that it would not fit into the gap intended. We contacted Customer Service and within hours the problem was resolved with no quibbling. What could have been a disaster was dealt with in a courteous manner with customer satisfaction uppermost. I would certainly use Dunster House again
