Product: Pressure Treated Utopia 300 Louvre Wall Gazebo

There was a problem with the explanation of the exact sizing of our chosen gazebo on the website. When we erected the framework we found that it would not fit into the gap intended. We contacted Customer Service and within hours the problem was resolved with no quibbling. What could have been a disaster was dealt with in a courteous manner with customer satisfaction uppermost. I would certainly use Dunster House again

Product: Pressure Treated Taarmo Heavy Duty 19mm Log Shed

Overall we are very pleased with the Taarmo shed. It's very solid and was pretty straightforward to build once I persuaded my husband to read the instructions! They were not always that clear. We are fairly experienced DIYers. I wouldn't recommend it to a total beginner. It does require a little more than a basic toolkit. It took longer than expected to build, mainly due to bad weather but we wanted to take advantage of the winter sale. As others have said delivery has to be prepared for. The single driver arrived with perfect timing but literally just dropped the pack off his truck onto our front lawn and drove off. We were prepared to unpack it there and then and carry in pieces around to our storage area, a job in itself! I have to say, I was concerned for the driver's welfare. It's quiet a weight and there was no power lift on the vehicle.

Although not yet built (I plan to build it in March), it was carefully off-loaded, stored and shielded from the weather in my garden by two pleasant delivery men who represented Dunster House very well. As well as giving me building tips when storing the pieces, I could see that the quality of the product was every bit as good as advertised. From purchase through to delivery I found it a very easy experience dealing with courteous staff and would definitely recommend this company. I am very pleased with the product and can`t wait to see it built.
