I made the grave error of ordering from another company Garden Buildings Direct ... I specifically enquired re delivery within 30 days, they assured me it would be, 8 weeks later and still no log cabin ... had to contact the bank to get the money back. Dunster House to the rescue .... Called up and spoke to Genty, the loveliest girl who had such a bright approach. Made me feel at ease straight away ... I explained to her my disaster and she made every possible attempt to help me ... from the day I paid, the log cabin was received within 2 weeks !!! like wow !!! the entire package arrived, in loads of bits .. i totally underestimated just how much stuff there would be ... the instructions were a bit difficult to follow, especially the roof .. thank God my builder was around to help me adjust the door frame etc ... so far, its fully erected and sturdy .. looking forward to making good use of it in the future .. one very happy customer ... delighted with the service and would highly recommend ..

Lovely quality shed, took a while to work out how to put it together, but altogether really worth it. Paying that little bit extra is worth it's weight in gold. I am confident this shed will outlive me. I have looked at several different companies trying to find, bit it's worth doing your homework and buying a decent one, other companies don't seem to have the same quality, so I am very pleased with my purchase. Would certainly recommend.

The customer service when ordering our gazebo was very good. Delivery was not so good, no phone call was received on the day to advise of a time and once the materials were unwrapped and taken off of the lorry the rubbish was left in a pile on the drive for us to throw away. The construction of the gazebo was quite straightforward but we were a family of 5 including DIY/surveyor experts. We were not confident in felting the roof so arranged for some quotes, four companies would not fit what Dunster House recommended and supplied, their reasoning was that the material would only last a year or two. We have now had to pay out for materials that will last, protect and preserve the gazebo. An email was sent to Dunster House regarding the roof material provided however they have not yet responded. Overall, we are happy with the end product but disappointed that Dunster House would recommend and sell material not fit for purpose.

Fantastic product, very pleased with quality of summer house and customer service. My only problem was the assembly instructions. They were extremely difficult to follow and some areas were completely overlooked.

I would have liked the wood to be treated. In England the weather is not great and plain timber can not be left out and get wet if untreated. It should be sold as treated.
