Once up it looks beautiful, you need somewhere large to store all the wood, they could improve on the instructions there so generic it can't be followed so you need to then download from original site, this could be provide, also floor plans not well explained. But once past all this it looks great up.

Delivery individuals were not great, one was better than the other, he was the driver. Gazebo is great, very straight forward to erect, instructions very good, great quality. Delivery guys cost a star.

Great Summerhouse. Very easy to put together, my husband completed this in a day on his own but the roof tiles took him a lot longer. Overall it took him four days in total. We have now finished painting it and have had so many nice comments from friends and family about it. The one thing i was not aware of when i purchased it, was had i of purchased the paint from Dunster's then i would not have had to prime the Summer House first as the paint they sell apparently has a built in primer. It was had work having to prime it first and then give it two coats of paint on the hottest days we have had this year but worth ever penny of the time it took.

Very happy with my new studio. This is the second one I have had from Dunster House and the quality is just as excellent. This company is reliable, big on quality and value for money and pleasant to deal with (an actual person, not a machine) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and frequently do.
