How High can a Garden Structure be and do I Need Planning Permission?

You may have found exactly what you’re looking for, a garden feature to your exact style and size. That’s great! However, before placing an order for your wooden garden building, it’s important to familiarise yourself with any planning permissions requirements that may apply in your area.

The good news is that most of our garden structures don’t require planning permission because the majority of our shelters are below 2.5m in height, although some exceptions may still apply. All of our products are provided as DIY kits, for our customers to install themselves.
