Pergola a joy

Purchased a pergola. Really easy to install. Fitted together perfectly. Extremely happy with our purchase. Only feedback is to be clear that the instructions and screws are in pack. Read instructions on line which listed required components. I went and bought all screws etc not realising they were in amongst the wood.

Great price and actual free delivery

Great price and actual free delivery (what made me go here in the first place, other company advertised free delivery but added 400 for my location) delivered well within the estimated time frame on site while ordering. Both the delivery guys were great, got everything unloaded quickly and covered from the elements. Actual log cabin was the daftbadger 45mm, quality is excellent, the windows and doors were good quality, the finish i added to the order was really good - went on really easily and there was actually enough supplied to fully paint the cabin, had almost 30% too many shingles but was about 50x 50mm screws short so actual quantities supplied was pretty spot on. Structure went up in 1 day, shingles took a fully day just to do that - looks great but would probably opt for a simpler felting option next time (no fault of dunster house though). Instructions were good, im pretty experienced at diy and had no issues with the build, definately required a second person as a helper for lifting and holding if nothing else.

1st delivery faulty but was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased so far as we are still putting all the pieces together in the build. Then need to paint it!
