Love it .. but
Dunster House - brilliant. Great communication Corner Pergola - love it, good quality. The only reason I didnt give full 5 stars is the instructions. No mention on the tool list that you will need spanner for the bolts. Make life easier for yourself if you have a socket set because its really difficult using a single spanner in some tight spaces . Its quite tricky using the drawings working out the positioning when attaching the trellis to frame to make side panel - we realised this when we tried to attach side panel to the main frame. When you come to attach the top frame make use of clamps if you have any because there is no way 2 people can hold the position level and drill at the same time.

We ordered a 4M x 3M pergola from dunster house on a Sunday and it was delivered on the Wednesday! Delivery driver rang in advance and arrived within the hour , the pergola took less than half a day to put together with 2 of us , excellent value for money and overall a great customer experience!
