Top Quality and value for money Gazebo
Gazebo ordered in their winter sale and delivered in 4 days. All components were included, right down to the exact number of nuts and bolts etc and no damage. Instructions were very comprehensive and one question I had about roof board spacing was answered very comprehensively by email within an hour with links to YouTube instruction videos. Four of us managed to complete the build in two whole days - a lot of work but fairly straight forward thanks to the instruction manual. A great value for money and top quality construction which now sits proudly in front of my 9 year old Dunster House Log Cabin.

After reading the reviews about delivery I was expecting a bad experience however, I can only say mine was very different so not sure if it depends on location. The driver called 20 mins before delivery and they brought it to the top of the drive (quite a long drive) and were lovely!

I had a delivery of the flat-pack office the guys were very polite and accommodating. Unfortunately one of the frames blew over in bad weather smashing a window. Katie in customer care replaced after discussing on email the situation – very happy with the outcome. well done all.

The order process was smooth
The order process was smooth. Delivery was on time. We found the instructions were really clear. We did have an issue with a damaged component but the team were really helpful in sorting it. Would definitely use Dunster again.
