Rhine Log Cabin

The log cabin kit was delivered within the original timescale although there was some initial confusion over the delivery date. There were no missing pieces, they all fitted reasonably well together and the instructions were generally easy to follow. The price was more competitive than other suppliers.

Nice product

Delivery was great as was the product, my only compliant is the main posts should be thicker as we have had to reinforce the whole thing for fear of it flying away in a storm. It is well made other than that.

Good experience from start to finish

Helpful and easy process to order the summerhouse. Delivery guy was super helpful - we're on a main road however he did everything possible to offload close to to the house and make it easily accessible. We did have a couple of damaged pieces however we managed to fix them so didn't need to get replacements. Overall a good experience.
