Product: Vantage 250 Traditional Summerhouse

This was a really lovely garden house. It was delivered promptly and it assembled well. Unfortunately the paint that came with it was appalling. After 3 coats we gave up. It just sunk into the wood like water. I do not see how it could give any protection. We let it dry and painted it with our own outdoor paint to match the house and it looks great. This was a LOT of extra work. We insultated all the walls, the roof and the floor and finished with tongue and grooved panelling and painted this in shades of blue/green. We also added small guttering that drains to a water butt behind. Frankly for us it could have been not quite so high. It stands up a bit tall in the garden. I suggest you get rid of that paint. It is worthless. My builder said he had never worked with anything so bad and I have painted a hell of a lot of houses and it was just awful to try to work with it. Otherwise it was worth the price.

looked at many sites, but recommendation and great reviews for friends who had purchased these cabins. As you know purchased the Severn Premium Plus, and have to say arrived when stated and delivered in a very professional manner. I have had a resent knee replacement so was a bit hesitant to attempt the challenge of erecting by myself. But was very pleased to say within about 5 hours had to roof height, was incredibly easy to erect, then had the help of my son to finish. All parts were available even spare parts. Only very small negative was that I had ordered long windows and had to cut the long lengths to small lengths to make fit, this I feel should have been addressed somewhere on the instructions. However so pleased with the outcome and looking forward to converting into a home Bar. Excellent Product worth every penny.

Really pleased with this purchase. There were no damaged parts on delivery. Everything needed was there and went together very easilly. Slight confliction between the how to videos on the website and the actual assembley instructions. The roof shingle kit looks very impressive once fitted. Looking forward to kitting out the interior now and fully enjoying the cabin.
