After reading your extensive conditions I travelled up to Flixborough to confirm the delivery arrangements and place the order. On the day of delivery the tracking seemed to be some way behind the delivery. The delivery guys explained that they should not deliver through a garage or up steps which is what I had explained when placing the order. However the guys carried out the delivery. I would recommend the two man delivery. The product come as a large jigsaw puzzle with everything there and all cut the size and shape. The only thing we were short of was felt nails which could have been down to an over zealous fixer. I had decide to erect the gazebo ourselves due to the required location. The erection when according to plan and we are very pleased with the finished product and would recommend it to others. The embellishment on the apex of the roof was our fixers idea and I think it finishes to job off and you might consider offering it as an extra. I know that you do not have the Atlas Gazebo on show at any of your branches and I would be happy to show it to your potential customer by prior arrangement.

Delivery planning was flexible with dates I could chose from. Delivery was good, it was raining, but the men took care that everything was covered when they left. Instructions were understandable (even for someone who's English is not a first language) Building the cabin took 8 days with 2 people (34 and a 71 year old) including painting and putting in laminate flooring. Advisable to have someone there who has experience with wood work, but in general as long as you make sure everything is straight and alligned (the wood needs some help sometimes) you should not have a problem putting this together.

Very happy with our Summerhouse, installed by Dunster House team, very fast friendly guys. Window bar kits need explaining as the windows and doors are very slightly different widths so it is easy to get them mixed up as I did, but other than that, it is very nice.

Lovely summer house which is constructed of a very high quality. Very impressed with the service given from Dunster house and the two guys that came to erect it were professional and friendly. Overall we are very pleased and comes highly recommended.

We have been really impressed with the service we have received, from the first telephone contact to discuss the product and subsequent ordering. Your website is easy to access to find information on products and specifications. The sales team were very friendly and efficient and the department responsible for delivery were excellent too. I had to contact the delivery team as there is restricted access to our street this week, but there was a note on the delivery note advising the delivery driver of access issues. The delivery driver was very professional and courteous too. Dave commented on the materials used for the summerhouse being of good quality timber, well constructed and nicely finished. (He has spent a lifetime in construction, so has a lot of experience and knowledge of products). We are looking forward to constructing the summerhouse in the next couple of months after preparing the site and spending time relaxing in the new addition to the garden.

We are very pleased with our vantage 250 summerhouse it has made a pleasant feature at the bottom of our garden, It is very well constructed and the chaps from dunster house did a sterling job erecting it . We have given it 3 coats of cream paint and have not had one leak despite all the recent rain . We love it and look forward to spending many happy hours in it .

We were looking for a summer house with a difference so many at the garden centres look like glorified sheds. Searching the internet we found the vantage 250 from Dunster House we visited their show area in Warminster and made no hesitation in making a purchase. It is a really stylish looking summer house everyone who has seen it comments on how great it looks. If you are erecting it yourself the instructions are clear but take your time don't rush it. Dunster House were very helpful they delivered on time the driver was very helpful and polite although unloading the summer house in 'flatpack' form unloading is a two man job.

Great quality product, very high standard and excellent value for money. Couple of things I was a little disappointed in though. The delivery team dumped the large wooden crate it came on at our house so I'm going to have to pay someone to take it away. Also customer services said 'if you've built a shed before you can build it yourself'. This was not the case (my fault!) as there a loads of pieces and no guide-holes, so I got a handyman in. Lastly it was much shorter than I expected so if you are a 6 footer, you'll need to dip your head to get in (my fault again for not checking the height specs!)

The Summerhouse was delivered on time by two very helpful guys , who explained which parts were which. The instructions were excellent and very easy to follow and the whole construction process went without a single glitch. My wife and I were able to build the summerhouse in one day, with the exception of the felt roof, which we are having professionally felted rather than relying on the nails provided. All in all , we were delighted with the service and the product .
