Product: Coronet Corner Log Cabin

What a great addition to our house and garden. I use it as my home office so plan on using it all year round. With this in mind i paid extra for floor and roof insulation, double glazing and the thicker floor and roof. i am happy that a small heater in there will be enough. I easily get a sofa, desk and office things in it. I paid a local electrician to install power and broadband so i am all set! The installation: this is where i made the mistake.. I was put off by the seemingly high price to get Dunster to install it. On hindsight i wish i had used them. I employed a local company who "had done these all the time"...and that it where it went wrong! The installation was a shambles but thankfully my father inlaw (retired chippy) rescued it. Think hard about getting the right people to install it. I could have done it myself but time was my issue. Customer service from Dunster: excellent. I took back a few things as they were not needed - the rapid pads were not required as i ended up putting down a concrete base. they refunded no problem. Would i buy again? YES! great asset and worth it.

Product: Severn Log Cabin

We purchased the premium plus severn log cabin to use as a games/cinema room for kids and myself. It was a piece of cake to erect, The instructions are easy to understand but it is much easier to watch the videos on dunster house website. It only took two days to erect the main shell, We added our own 100mm insulation to the floor and roof. We fitted the cabin with electric, gas central heating and added a kitchen and toilet. The cabin has turned out better than we expected and we have been spending many nights in there watching movies and playing our new arcade machine.

Product: Vantage 250 Traditional Summerhouse

Recently purchased Vantage Summerhouse and the wife and I are pleased with the finished result. We employed someone to erect it after the base was prepared and they managed to finish within one day.There would be one or two slight improvements that we believe could make the unit slightly better without too much of an additional cost,however, we are pleased that we have the summerhouse in place.Will I think be especially useful in spring and winter sunshine.

We are very pleased with our "super-shed" it's added genuine, usable space to our home for a growing family. Dunster House were great throughout the sales and installation process, the standard of materials used in construction and the workmanship on assembly is really good. With a base and electrical work it has ended up being a substantial investment for us but worth every penny.

Product: Vantage 300 Traditional Summerhouse

We love our summerhouse. It's perfect and has fitted into our garden beautifully. Friends admire its sound construction and handsome appearance and we are suitably smug! It's a perfect addition as it's a light and sunny place for meals, for reading, writing, drawing or chatting. Perfect when dull days make it rather dark in our Victorian house. It's also become an unofficial space for my husband to eat cake with his friends while they put the world to rights. I can't imagine how we managed without our 'retreat'.

Product: Vantage 300 Traditional Summerhouse

My wife is absolutely delighted by her new retreat from the household. There she feels she is in heaven; in her reading, the ever-changing views, and entertaining our first now seven month grandchild (in particular the feeding of pheasants just in front of the doors). From my perspective preparation of the base was broadly straightforward despite being on a slope, as was the erection of the superstructure. Inevitably some minor modifications were needed to enhance robustness and divert rainwater from spilling off the roof across the doorway. Performance over the coming winter will be closely watched.
