Cannot fault from order to delivery
I recently bought a Terminator Log Cabin for our local Cricket Club - customer service was excellent. Delivery inside of a week and the delivery driver/helper were brilliant. The quality is good and the service exceptional. I have since bought another Log Cabin from Dunster House for my own house due to the experience.

Absolutely delighted
Ordered our log cabin in November and two weeks later it arrived.Delivery very professional and very pleased.put the whole thing together in a couple of days without any problems,the only issue was a door handle had not been made properly so telephoned on the Tuesday new handle arrived on the Thursday From ordering to building brilliant service and so happy after the bad experience we had with another company Can not recommend Dunster high enough great value for the money,we even had spare bits and instructions so easy to follow

Delivery of a DaftBadger 4.0m
Just took delivery of a DaftBadger 4.0m x 3.0m log cabin and I felt obliged to write this review. Delivery was advised first thing in the moning and tracked to my house. 2 very obliging gentlemen off loaded the timber and stacked it in perfect order where I wanted it. I could not have asked for a better delivery on time, efficient, well organised and complete. Well done Dunster House - I only hope the assembly goes half as smooth as the delivery.

Delighted with service provided and cabin purchased looks amazing
Delighted with service provided by Dunster House Ltd from start to finish. Order process was very straightforward and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, just valuable information and great service provided. Returned calls when said they would. Very happy with the spruce cabin purchased which we are currently using as a home gym. The quality of wood is fantastic. We got joiner to build who said this was straightforward and the finished product looks amazing. Highly recommend Dunster House Ltd.
