Very pleased with Dunster House

After searching various companies we decided on Dunster House for various reasons. We are very happy with the whole experience from buying it to building our 5x4m Severn log cabin. Ordering was easy, delivery guys were great, and construction was easy with the detailed instructions. The quality is very good and the building is solid when constructed. I recommend Dunster House to any potential buyer. My top tip is make sure your base is solid, level and you ensure the base is square then the rest will just fall into place. A company to take a look at

Did phone D.H. Before placing an order and the guy was very helpful . Placed my order and it was delivered within days . Quicker than posting a letter ! The guys that arrived with the delivery , where polite and helpful. This is my second large purchase from D.H. ( bought a shed last year and a gazebo this time ) and will be buying a third item shortly. Would 100% recommend them.

Dunster Gerlinde Arbour

Delivery of my Gerlinde Arbour went according to plan, the guys were great. Once unpacked and checked, I started to assemble the Arbour. The quality of the wood exceed my expectations. I now have a lovely addition to one corner of my garden. Thanks Dunster.

The corner cabin is very high quality

The corner cabin is very high quality - I cannot recommend it highly enough. Plus, it was all delivered without any missing pieces and the instructions are great, although you need to be pretty practical to put it together; it would be tricky for a beginner. It is my second Dunster House shed and so I am clearly convinced. The only negative is the rapid grid system which would work well except the spikes on the grid cannot pierce the anti-weed membrane and so it means the grid doesn't lie flat. I would use another solution next time

Excellent service and product

Ordering was simple, the customer service and product were both excellent. Everyone that has seen the shed/summer house and pergola has been impressed. Really good experience from order to delivery. Cant praise then enough.

Great product

Great service, very please with gazebo, would be great if you could supply extras to facilitate customisation. Shed floor strength isn't amazing, so will overboard it, but otherwise very impressed with everything else.

Great product looks fantastic

Great product looks fantastic and good price for what you get. Delivery took a little longer than expected around 4 weeks I think but the delivery team we're very friendly. Seems good quality wood and shingles all treated and as described. Instructions I found simple enough to follow aswell. Looks great on our decking
