Great cabin. Great customer service
From the outset, I found working with the Dunster House Team very easy with exceptional, no hassle customer service. I eventually ended up buying a Severn cabin which, through consulatation, was delivered a week ahead of schedule and placed neatly on my driveway by the very friendly and helpful driver. The kit instructions were relatively clear which made the kit very easy to assemble - foundation to roof and windows in one day (2 people). I opted for roof felt shingles instead of rolled felt and although they did take a bit of time and effort to fit, they do make the cabin look and feel that but more finished. I chose to buy the exterior paint directly from Protek (same company used by Dunster) and managed to cover the entire exterior (minus doors and windows) in two coats from one 5 litre tin. With the final touches added to the interior; a bar, Perfect draft machine, dart board, TV and some furniture, we now have a great social space for us to share with family and friends. Overall, a very smooth process from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dunster House to others.

Great product.
Delivery on time and unloaded safely and without any damage. Instructions easy to follow and everything went together without any problems. All parts were there, plus a few extra boards etc. Myself and one other put it all together in a couple of days. With the roof going on later. All in all about took about four days to build at 7hrs a day.
