Great Cabin * Great Price * Great Service
From the start Dunster were amazing, giving advice on the base and all my requirements. Delivery was within the 6 week window and the company phoned the week before to sort a date. Delivery was to the drive, the lads who dropped it off were punctual and polite. Couldn't of asked for more from them. The build went really well. Laid all the parts out in size/shape and had at it. Longest part wad getting the base square but once that was done the build was flying. Took me (43) and my dad (68) around 6 hours to get the walls up and nail the roof down before calling it a day. Next day I sprayed it (twice) and felted the roof, all in all around 6hrs on my own. On the Sunday I fitted the UPVC windows, door and trimmed the inside (8hrs) I have no prior experience, it really was that simple. I spent a the weeks prior to it arriving watching YouTube videos and reading the instructions which probably helped alot. Had a couple of twisted pieces but was content I'd pull them straight as I built up the walls..... it worked out in the end. I did keep all the wood covered from the sun as I built it though to avoid any extra warping. All in all a great service and solid cabin. If I can add pics i will. Well worth the money! Came in cheape than everywhere else and had thicker walls.

People need to clarify which base is suitable for their location: plastic, wooden frame or concrete.
1. Desired date of delivery was agreed to. 2. Missing parts were replaced irrespective of whose fault it was without much delay. 3. After a long time of storing - due to other building projects - the building boards were in good shape. 4. Log Cabin looks strong and solid based on the good workmanship and good wood quality. We ordered this after a lot of research on different websites we liked this the most, the customer service was amazing and very helpful. The instructions were very clear. My Dad who is a carpenter and my partner built this in a day, they couldn’t believe the quality of the product and how well made/cut it was. I would highly recommend this 3m x 3m gazebo with slated sides for a little added privacy! We love it! Thank you

Shed looks good
I ordered an Overlord Modular Pent Shed 1.8 x 3.0 with Premium Rapid Grid base. I was kept appraised of delivery and the delivery persons were good, offloading it into my garage. It took me and my wife just over 2 days to lay the base and erect the shed. I used felt adhesive and extra clout nails to make sure the felt was secure, as we live in an exposed area. I also gave the shed 2 coats of waterproofing. My only complaint is around the doors. They only have small 4" T-hinges fitted and we will have to see if they are robust enough. Also I had to fit some packing in order to make the bolts flush and usable. UPDATE - I contacted Dunster House regarding the hinges and they have acknowledged that this was an error by the factory. They are sending out replacement hinges to me, which is excellent customer service.
