Great company to deal with.
Brilliant company to deal with. Also their pergola kits are spot on. Absolutely no sawing or planing required as everything comes drilled and cut to size. As long as you assemble the frame nice and plumb everything will fit perfectly. Clear instructions and all screws come in packs stapled to the relevant panels.

It was a joy dealing with Duster House, the order process was smooth and we received two follow up telephone calls to keep us to date with progress. The two delivery men were warm and friendly with a telephone call to inform us of arrival time. The arbour was simple to construct and took around two hours to complete. We are very happy with it.

6x3m Pergola with half-height wall panels
The ordering process was easy and delivery prompt. The delivery drivers were friendly and brought the components through to the garden, stacking them all and covering it all to protect it from the rain. The construction plan was clearly set out and easy to follow. It took 2 of us 10 hours to complete the project which, given the size of the pergola and the fact that we are both over 60 and not super fit, was not too bad. Really pleased with the finished result and looking forward to adding a few lights and decorations to personalise it. Thankyou Dunster House. Would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for good quality garden buildings/constructions.

Cabin Build
Excellent cabin - good size - good quality - value for money. As a previous review stated the longest time was spent trying to identify the floor pieces (Some ID labels would not go amiss), and laying them completely square. The rest of the build was very straight forward. Day 1 - we managed to get the building up and roof on. This took a little over 6 hours. Day 2 - doors on, insulation and floorboards laid and trim completed. Unfortunately due to our excellent summer weather we couldn’t EDPM the roof or paint the cabin for three more day’s. All in all your looking at three days to build and paint the building.

Product is brilliant. Team were very helpful from ordering to delivery. Only thing missing for 5 stars was it was stacked back to front when delivered so meant a lot of extra movements to get into the logs and parts I needed.
