Excellent in every way! We ordered a Pergola that was delivered on time by two very helpful men. They unloaded the timber onto the drive with care.The instructions were comprehensive. Building the pergola took 3 hours and the end result is a sturdy structure that we are delighted with. Lights from Amazon and a vine were the finishing touches. Read and re read the instructions, set out the parts before assembly and of course have the correct tools and drill and its straightforward!

Delivery was spot on. Instructions easy to follow and everything fits together nicely.

Terminator 4 x 3 metre (45mm) log cabin

Terminator 4 x 3 metre (45mm) log cabin - Delivery guys were great, friendly & helpful & communication via email regarding delivery date, time etc was very good. No problems with any missing components though the quality of some of the timbers wasnt particularly brilliant. Also a pity that the fascias arent supplied in one piece. For a 4 metre x 3 metre cabin you get 1x 3 metre length & 4 x 2 metre lengths! Similar situation with the roof boards which came as 72 x 2 metre boards rather than 36 x 4 metre lengths so installation time is doubled. You get more nails & screws than you need though oval or lost head nails would have been better for floor/roof boards than the round heads supplied. Installation guide is a bit short on detail in some areas but at the end of the day everything went together as it should have so I have no complaints. For an easy life make sure you have an impact driver for driving screws in, ideally a nail gun, G-clamps and grab yourself some cheap 2mm plastic glazing blocks as they make life far easier for ensuring you have a uniform 2mm gap between each roof & floor board - ??

Well what can I say but 100% great from 1st chat to delivery guys. The worst bit was 2 of us reading instructions and holding it together before screwing it together, But we did it itsxa but. Only now give it a paint up but oh what colour ?? Thank you all at dunster house.

Well where to start. Gazebo was ordered after looking around for a while and this the best price we found for what we wanted. Gazebo got delivered, took me and my dad a day and half to build including a full Shingle roof. Had loads of compliments on it! Very well Made and looks Amazing
