Hi Im very pleased with my evil Amy , and I would recommend this product to other people, just to say, the only thing I had trouble with was a long length of the rear of the cabin, three were very bent and had a few issues getting them in managed it in the end , I would have called you normally, but I couldnt wait for another delivery due to the weather and timescale with other projects to be finished in my new workshop . Avon Dunster Garden Office I purchased. On of the best investments I have ever made. From start to finish Dunster was professional to deal with. The Office is manufactured to exact standards and better. Comparatively easy to assemble, everything fit together like an exacting jigsaw puzzle. The finished product exceeded my initial expectations. Cannot recommend Dunster enough for anyone wishing to add a Garden Office to their property. 10/10 to Dunster House Ltd team to all without exception.

The ordering process was straight forward, I was kept informed prior to delivery, the delivery was on time, all the components were delivered. The instructions were very good but a little confusing when it came to setting out the roof. My wife and I put the building up over 3 weekends.

Great service, clear on delivery and understanding what would happen. Great product that is really fun to build, like giant lego and built the whole thing in one day. Very happy with the result and a friend who built it with me is now thinking of buying his own he was so impressed.

Delivery was good and happened on the expected day, with a phone call before.. Lots of pieces, so get help as you will need it. The actual quality of the product is very good.. The only issue is the fact that the only parts treated are the bearers. Would be good to have the facias treated as well, these will be on top of the summer house and difficult to get to, once attached.. I found the instructions a little hard to follow and not easy to understand .. for the money you pay I would expect better instructions. More videos needed on felting the roof and putting the floor down as this would make it a-lot easier..All in all a good product and Dunster house were good to communicate with .
