Placing an order was easy
Placing an order was easy. The product I ordered was the exact look as what was in the photo. The delivery was fast and the delivery staff were polite. My carpenter said the instructions were easy to follow and my gazebo was easy to assemble. I am pleased with the result. Thanks.

Porch
The porch itself is extremely good and made of very sturdy wood. It would have been nice to have wooden dowels to cover the bolts as these are seen, but saying that we are very pleased with our purchase and the service given. There were a couple of issues. We thought as in the information on buying we had everything needed for the porch, but this was not so. We had to purchase the tiles separately at another cost and we have enough tiles to do at least another porch, why we were sent and charged for so many I dont understand. Also the ridge tiles (not sure if that is the correct word) were missing and as we only had the builder for two days he purchased some from the local DIY.
