Anthony Nolan Dunster House Just occasionally one finds an individual who immediately inspires confidence and trust. I was on a web chat to Dunster House when considering one of their gazebos. Soon after the chat concluded, I received an email from Anthony offering any further help, if I required it. I explained to him that I was considering a gazebo from a different company which was more competitive. He informed me that it sounded positive; but offered to look into it in more detail if I wished, making it clear that this was solely in an attempt to assist me as he wanted me to be satisfied with my ultimate decision. Having provided him with details, Anthony emailed me with a very fair but compelling comparison of the two gazebos. It persuaded me that going to Dunster House was going to provide me with a more sturdy, longer lasting, and solid item. He provided specific detail of the differences. The fact that it offers a 10 year warranty demonstrates the confidence they have in their product. Despite making further enquiries of him, Anthony always responded immediately and with helpful advice. I have no hesitation in recommending Dunster House on the basis of my experience; and have no doubt that the gazebo will provide my family with a long lasting pleasant experience. CS 3 November 2003
