To start with I liked the variety of products in your catalogue and the prices of the sheds in particular seemed quite reasonable to me . The administrative side was also perfect , from order to delivery ; especially as I had to put back the delivery date twice , but it did not cause any drama from your side . The shed itself is very good and as per expectation .

Delivered promptly and efficiently, good communication. Very impressed with the quality of the materials and instructions, especially with how easy it was to assemble. All pre-drilled parts were accurately drilled and easily matched. Would I recommend? Yes. Would I use Dunster House again, definitely!

The communication and information from start to finish was excellent. The delivery went very smoothly and the guys who installed it commented on what a great quality kit is was. We were glad however we got someone to do it instead of doing it ourselves. Thrilled with the finished product, just need to add the sunshine now!

Delivered on time. The people who unloaded the lorry, put everything in a neat pile and covered it up to protect it from the weather. It assembled very easily and had very good, easy to follow instructions. The summerhouse is extremely good quality and I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Amazing Utopia Diamond Pergola
Smooth communication from ordering our pergola to delivery to our holiday home in North Wales agreeing on a delivery date. Delivery drivers kept in contact as they got nearer to us and were very friendly. Our pergola was delivered on a Tuesday morning and we built and finished it by Wednesday evening. Very clear instructions and extremely straight forward to build with two of us. We have secured it to a pre built decking with post holders and the shape of the pergola has leant itself beautifully to framing an amazing view. Very pleased with the quality, great value for money.
