Helpful. Good product. I bought a Evilamie and it was of better quality than a similar product from elsewhere for my previous house. The timber was more closely grained and the logs were narrower (less warping). the window and doors were of better quality too. Well done

Great Experience

Was expecting to wait about a month for delivery, was pleasantly surprised to get a delivery date within 2 weeks . Delivery was very efficient , on a bank holiday! Drivers were very professional friendly and helpful. Comprehensive and easy to follow instructions and YouTube guides. Advice is for 2 / 3 people to build the cabin . However , Im a competent DIY er so did it myself . Took me 2 days no great issues . Biggest challenge was bolting on the storm braces ( bolt inside and outside ) overcame that . Quality of the wood is excellent, there are some extra pieces included in the package ie roof and floor boards , and a spare wall log . Paint is of a good quality and there is plenty, just as well as you will need three coats . Was a little concerned at first when I couldnt physically see any cabins in a showroom but took the risk as I saw Dunster house products being used by Allan Titmarsh in a garden makeover programme . Very pleasantly surprised and happy with my Terminator Log Cabin and my whole experience with Dunster House

Website is informative and useful for building information and being able to access instructions. Delivery was efficient and prompt. Two men built it in one day and found it straightforward. Having the doors and windows a different colour looks nice and you can order the paints for this at the outset. You really need three coats, but there is plenty of paint for that. Make sure you order everything up front as additional items have a 20 delivery charge.
