Excellent quality pergola

I bought this pergola because I genuinely believe I couldn't have sourced the timber to make one myself any cheaper. The pergola kit is excellent quality timber and is fairly easily assembled by two people.

Overall a really good experience. Very pleased with the final building. Managed to work out things when instructions were vague. All the parts were delivered and nothing left over at the end except a few nails. Some bits of guttering arrived broken but managed to use them. Delivery guys were very helpful. Happy customer !

Well made and quality product. Sections were manufactured to high standard and fitted together easily. My only criticism was that not all the sections were clearly identified against the guidance document. However the completed cabin looks stunning and very pleased with the end result.

Great piece of kit

Great piece of kit, the kids love it! I bought some swing fittings for it so we can have a swing and trapeze bar attached. Stands up really well the 3 kids climbing all over it and having a great time!

Made up with my gazebo!

Easy to order via phone, and good that you can can secure order with deposit and balance to be paid 3 days prior to delivery. found the website easy to navigate which one would be most suited for my needs. Delivery was on time, the only bit which wasn't great but im not marking down on score, is that the goods won't be taken to the back of the house, I presume this is due to insurance for the company. It just meant I needed to find help to unpack the gazebo pieces and move then one by one to a secure space rather than leaving on my drive. Overall very satisfied customer and have already had many days sat enjoying the new gazebo its perfect for my garden.

A lot of sweating and swearing..

Well, it's up, my daughter and myself put it up, the only thing I would say it would have been much easier if the holes had been pre-drilled. Also the screws were not good a couple snapped, they could have been a lot stronger. Other than that, we are really pleased with it, looks good..thanks. Karen
