I have been extremely pleased with my daughters squirrel fort. It was delivered very quickly and the delivery man was excellent. It came with very easy to follow instructions. And only took 2 of us1 and a half hours to assemble. I would definitely use dunster house again. And highly recommend them.

Great fun putting it up! My son and I managed to get it up and the roof on in the first day, and then finish it off on the second. Excellent delivery driver, very helpful and efficient. All the parts were there, although the extra log threw us to begin with - should have read the instructions better. The video on YouTube was great, and very helpful. Now we've just got to start using it!

The product is of high quality, but unfortunately the customer service is outrageously shocking!!! Also taking 11 weeks to have the product delivered to southern Scotland is unacceptably long. It is a great pity, that these factors spoil what could be a wonderful purchase, with an incredibly helpful and friendly delivery man. I have 3 further products which I would like to buy, but am loathe to have to experience the customer service from Dunster house again - I may have to take my business elsewhere!!!

This is a great product good quality looks better in real life compared to the photos. I have used it for the hot tub its perfect. The only downside could have done with a few more long screws as I was about 4 short. I put it up on my own but you do need two people it took me about two and a half days but I was only spending five hours a day. Overall I am very happy with it great value for money.

Very happy with house, easy to assemble with help from a friend and two helpers, up and wind and water tight in a day, my hot tub is 2m+2m and takes up a bit of room but every thing fits in fine.

the delivery driver was very helpful, giving tips on how to prep and build the cabin. the instructions could be a little better, had to read them a few times but the online videos are a big help. the cabin itself is very well made with all the pieces fitting together with no modifying. all in all a very good experience from start to finish. thank you dunster house.
