Great quality monkey bars, very sturdy once completely built. However, would have appreciated more of a prior warning regarding the construction of the item. Most holes were not pre-drilled. Recommend lots of time, a large Philips screwdriver and good drill before starting. I found my bosch cordless screwdriver was not powerful enough to tackle the task. Once built though, brilliant! You get what you pay for.

Delivery service and text messaging update along the way was wonderful. Delivery driver very friendly and helpful too. Now, being honest, my husband and father in law had a fit when they saw the components and instruction leaflet for this. Which scared me as they're very capable DIYers?! However, once my father in law sat and studied it and separated all the parts he found it quite straightforward. He put it up singlehanded and at a steady pace. It took him two full days to do it with a few slight errors that needed rectifying along the way. Now it's up we love it and our almost 4 year old thinks it's great. We had a family party a few weeks ago and it had the kids outside for 4 straight hours! They were crawling all over it! All in all we are very pleased and can see it's built to last. No qualms recommending it at all.

The premium plus cabin is just as described we are more than pleased,we erected this ourselves which we found very easy,although the instruction were not very clear. delivery service was very good

I was a little apprehensive about ordering my summerhouse online especially when you read such mixed reviews about online service. However Dunster House had the exact summerhouse I was looking for so I decided to take a gamble and placed the order. There was nothing to worry about. The summerhouse is lovely and I am very pleased with it. Delivery was fine and the drivers were very courteous and arrived on time. My husband and father-in-law put the summerhouse together over a weekend with no problems. We upgraded the roof felt and I think this finishes off the look very nicely especially now I have painted the outside walls with the protector/stain. All in all a very happy customer!! This is an excellent product, very well priced and built of good quality materials. Dunster House erected it for us and everyone associated with our project were polite and efficient. We are very pleased.

After reading all the reviews, both good and bad, I can only assume that those people who wrote a bad review were not dealing with the same people that I did. Everyone from the first contact to the finished summerhouse was extremely helpfull, polite and knowledgeable about their product. I was told four weeks aprox for delivery, it came in five days, the delivery guys were very good and helpfull. It has taken me a while to put up the summerhouse as my base was not ready, but the product, the people and service is something Dunsterhouse can be rightfully proud. Their prices were extremely competitive, but the product was far better than others we had seen for a lot more money. I would say that sealing around the base is a must, I added a skirting around the base and sealed that too, there were other minor tweeks but overall a truly great product and Dunsterhouse can be proud of both its staff and its product. I don't ever write reviews as they generally are not worth the reaaing of, but in this case I felt I had to, good luck to you all at Dunsterhouse and long may you prosper.

The log cabin is my new office and product store and as such works perfectly. Easy to follow assembly instructions have resulted in a substantial building which is light and airy and completely weatherproof. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Gazebo is very good, but requires more people t assemble than stated on line. The only problem I had is a piece of food boarding was missing and when I contacted Dunster house by phone I was told you can only contact customer services by email, and they would reply within 24hrs, not very good when you are partway erecting your gazebo. I sorted the problem myself and finish the gazebo the next day. The low star ratting is not for the gazebo but for lack of support
