When the arrived, I must admit it looked very daunting- the amount of wood was incredable! Once it was all sorted it began to make sense- but think long and hard about tackling this alone- find someone with carpentary skills or pay for the company to build it for you. Now the shed is finished, l am very very happy with it.

Delivered on time - all kit was correct.(3m x 4m cabin) The delivery guys helped offload at the side of the road. I erected the cabin and it went like clockwork As with any construction:- Make sure base is level, Read the instructions, Take your time. Took one day to get the sides and roof on (with a pal helping) plus another day for doors and windows. Shingles took me three days - hadn't done them before. The doors took a bit of jiggling after a few days but no problem. We are very happy with our new sun-house.

Visited the Bedford display centre where, fortunately, the model of log cabin we wanted was on site. The salesman was informative and friendly and guided us through a computer quote. No pressure to agree to buy and we contacted him a few days later to confirm our purchase even though we could have done this online. Decided on the one man delivery option, easy to track on the day, driver friendly and helpful. Cabin now in use. Overall a good buying experience, good price and good quality log cabin. I would recommend to others.

I read some mixed reviews about Dunster House however I had nothing but a great experience with them. We’re yet to start the build but problems there I suspect will arise from our own limitations as opposed to the service we received from Dunster! They replaced a part promptly and deliver it a second time as we missed the first, and with no charge. I would definitely recommend.
