Delivery planning was flexible with dates I could chose from. Delivery was good, it was raining, but the men took care that everything was covered when they left. Instructions were understandable (even for someone who's English is not a first language) Building the cabin took 8 days with 2 people (34 and a 71 year old) including painting and putting in laminate flooring. Advisable to have someone there who has experience with wood work, but in general as long as you make sure everything is straight and alligned (the wood needs some help sometimes) you should not have a problem putting this together.

An excellent product, easy to build and good quality. Only let down by being impossible to track delivery and not being informed that it would be delivered and unloaded by hand by two overworked (but excellent staff) I could have had a team of people there to help. Also ridiculous that you cannot speak to anybody in 'customer services' everything has to be done by email, wasting both parties time. I don't know of any other companies that do this. I have talked to other customers of yours and they share this view.

These bars are absolutely amazing, really solid and have been great fun for my children. i have purchased additional add ons inc a trapeze swing and there is plenty of space to add these hanging from the bars. my 9 and 7 year old monkeys love them

Very happy with our Summerhouse, installed by Dunster House team, very fast friendly guys. Window bar kits need explaining as the windows and doors are very slightly different widths so it is easy to get them mixed up as I did, but other than that, it is very nice.

We are very pleased with the product, the workmen were extremely efficient and helpful, however, felt let down with the selling process as did not include a particular item in the quote, ie roof insulation as this was specified on several occasions

Lovely summer house which is constructed of a very high quality. Very impressed with the service given from Dunster house and the two guys that came to erect it were professional and friendly. Overall we are very pleased and comes highly recommended.

Delighted with it. 7 years old daughter loves it. Very robust. Looks good too. Tough to put together if you are on your own : get strong arms to help. Need electric screw driver...Absolutely with more than 100 screws to go. Manual can be improved...some drawings really not well done, hence possible to mess up at some stages. Very hard to get the anchors deep in the ground (maybe because the summer was so dry) : needed a mass to hammer them down. Overall super once built and in place.

We have been really impressed with the service we have received, from the first telephone contact to discuss the product and subsequent ordering. Your website is easy to access to find information on products and specifications. The sales team were very friendly and efficient and the department responsible for delivery were excellent too. I had to contact the delivery team as there is restricted access to our street this week, but there was a note on the delivery note advising the delivery driver of access issues. The delivery driver was very professional and courteous too. Dave commented on the materials used for the summerhouse being of good quality timber, well constructed and nicely finished. (He has spent a lifetime in construction, so has a lot of experience and knowledge of products). We are looking forward to constructing the summerhouse in the next couple of months after preparing the site and spending time relaxing in the new addition to the garden.

Grandchildren very happy with my new purchase:). It took a lot of working out to put it together and we have put in a few extra posts to strengthen it up as it gets a lot of use by children from 17months to 13years.We also attached a baseball set for the older grandkids for when they are here as well. Money well spent.

We are very pleased with our vantage 250 summerhouse it has made a pleasant feature at the bottom of our garden, It is very well constructed and the chaps from dunster house did a sterling job erecting it . We have given it 3 coats of cream paint and have not had one leak despite all the recent rain . We love it and look forward to spending many happy hours in it .
