Excellent product well engineered and delivered. I assembled the cabin myself but do have building experience. I would recommend non DIY customers to employ the installation team. The only improvement I would like to see are clearer detailed installation instructions and it would be helpful if the bottom and top logs were marked. I don’t think there was any mention of the purlins being handed with a chamfer. Otherwise no complaints!

Good communication on delivery, guys who turned up were great. I built this myself and had very few issues. As it is wood you can find that some of the logs were more difficult to lock together but I would expect that. Built it together in a weekend except the roof tiles, that took another weekend to complete. Really happy with it and kids love the new games / movie cabin in the garden.

We ordered our 'shed' a few weeks ago, being informed it would take 6 weeks for delivery - this was fine, as we wanted to prepare for the delivery. We were very pleasantly surprised when we received a phone call to say the item was to be delivered on Monday. The order arrived, as promised, mid morning, with two very helpful operatives who parked the lorry where it was most accessible and proceeded to offload the materials for our shed. They were quick, efficient, courteous and thorough, so many thanks to you chaps.We have purchased a shed from Dunster before, and were pleased with the relative ease in erecting, as my husband and I tackled the job together. We haven't started construction yet, but have faith that the build will result in another lovely addition to the garden.

First class to do business with and extremely helpful. My log cabin looks an absolute picture. I would like Dunster House to photograph it, as it would be great for their promotion. We asked them to fit four extra windows to one side and that made a huge difference - it gave us a double aspect view of our garden. The staff that erected it were most helpful and explained about good maintenance. It seems very good value for money.
