We were looking for a summer house with a difference so many at the garden centres look like glorified sheds. Searching the internet we found the vantage 250 from Dunster House we visited their show area in Warminster and made no hesitation in making a purchase. It is a really stylish looking summer house everyone who has seen it comments on how great it looks. If you are erecting it yourself the instructions are clear but take your time don't rush it. Dunster House were very helpful they delivered on time the driver was very helpful and polite although unloading the summer house in 'flatpack' form unloading is a two man job.

Very prompt delivery and was updated along the way. The Squirrelfort took a while to build but everything was clear and presented well and the structure is strong sturdy and I'm confident that will last my children some years. Definitely recommended company and have done so on many occasions so far.

The product is excellent, although the instructions are absolute rubbish !!!!

Great quality product, very high standard and excellent value for money. Couple of things I was a little disappointed in though. The delivery team dumped the large wooden crate it came on at our house so I'm going to have to pay someone to take it away. Also customer services said 'if you've built a shed before you can build it yourself'. This was not the case (my fault!) as there a loads of pieces and no guide-holes, so I got a handyman in. Lastly it was much shorter than I expected so if you are a 6 footer, you'll need to dip your head to get in (my fault again for not checking the height specs!)

Fantastic frame! Easy to put up once we got the hang of it and the kids love it.

The Summerhouse was delivered on time by two very helpful guys , who explained which parts were which. The instructions were excellent and very easy to follow and the whole construction process went without a single glitch. My wife and I were able to build the summerhouse in one day, with the exception of the felt roof, which we are having professionally felted rather than relying on the nails provided. All in all , we were delighted with the service and the product .

What a great addition to our house and garden. I use it as my home office so plan on using it all year round. With this in mind i paid extra for floor and roof insulation, double glazing and the thicker floor and roof. i am happy that a small heater in there will be enough. I easily get a sofa, desk and office things in it. I paid a local electrician to install power and broadband so i am all set! The installation: this is where i made the mistake.. I was put off by the seemingly high price to get Dunster to install it. On hindsight i wish i had used them. I employed a local company who "had done these all the time"...and that it where it went wrong! The installation was a shambles but thankfully my father inlaw (retired chippy) rescued it. Think hard about getting the right people to install it. I could have done it myself but time was my issue. Customer service from Dunster: excellent. I took back a few things as they were not needed - the rapid pads were not required as i ended up putting down a concrete base. they refunded no problem. Would i buy again? YES! great asset and worth it.

We purchased the premium plus severn log cabin to use as a games/cinema room for kids and myself. It was a piece of cake to erect, The instructions are easy to understand but it is much easier to watch the videos on dunster house website. It only took two days to erect the main shell, We added our own 100mm insulation to the floor and roof. We fitted the cabin with electric, gas central heating and added a kitchen and toilet. The cabin has turned out better than we expected and we have been spending many nights in there watching movies and playing our new arcade machine.

Good morning, Regarding my recent purchase from your company, I gave tried to respond via the link in this email but it will not open. Although we are happy with the cabin and how it looks. We have found numerous issues whilst building the cabin. These are listed below. 1. The instruction booklets. These are truly shocking to follow. You need to have separate instructions for each of your type of cabins. Single skin, double and the triple therm. As you know we purchased a triple therm cabin, without an extension. So I don't want or need instructions for items that I am not constructing. Utterly pointless and extremely confusing. The instructions do not flow they jump all over the place. For example, the storm braces there is no mention of them until Pg 24. AFTER the walls and insulation have all been put together. So now I can't fit the storm braces as I followed your instructions in order. 2. Why after spending £4000 am I constructing door and window extensions and fitting glass. Surely this could be done by your manufacturer and come as a complete assembly. This would save your customers a considerable amount of time and effort. This also applies to roof notching the apexes. 3. The step by step guide on you tube for building your cabins is a brilliant idea. But why only limit it to single walled cabins? Surely you should cover all 3 of your products. I believe all of these issues are easily fixable and would improve your customers experience a huge amount. Again, the cabin looks wonderful we are very happy. Even though it has no storm braces fitted!
