We purchased the premium plus severn log cabin to use as a games/cinema room for kids and myself. It was a piece of cake to erect, The instructions are easy to understand but it is much easier to watch the videos on dunster house website. It only took two days to erect the main shell, We added our own 100mm insulation to the floor and roof. We fitted the cabin with electric, gas central heating and added a kitchen and toilet. The cabin has turned out better than we expected and we have been spending many nights in there watching movies and playing our new arcade machine.

Good morning, Regarding my recent purchase from your company, I gave tried to respond via the link in this email but it will not open. Although we are happy with the cabin and how it looks. We have found numerous issues whilst building the cabin. These are listed below. 1. The instruction booklets. These are truly shocking to follow. You need to have separate instructions for each of your type of cabins. Single skin, double and the triple therm. As you know we purchased a triple therm cabin, without an extension. So I don't want or need instructions for items that I am not constructing. Utterly pointless and extremely confusing. The instructions do not flow they jump all over the place. For example, the storm braces there is no mention of them until Pg 24. AFTER the walls and insulation have all been put together. So now I can't fit the storm braces as I followed your instructions in order. 2. Why after spending £4000 am I constructing door and window extensions and fitting glass. Surely this could be done by your manufacturer and come as a complete assembly. This would save your customers a considerable amount of time and effort. This also applies to roof notching the apexes. 3. The step by step guide on you tube for building your cabins is a brilliant idea. But why only limit it to single walled cabins? Surely you should cover all 3 of your products. I believe all of these issues are easily fixable and would improve your customers experience a huge amount. Again, the cabin looks wonderful we are very happy. Even though it has no storm braces fitted! Recently purchased Vantage Summerhouse and the wife and I are pleased with the finished result. We employed someone to erect it after the base was prepared and they managed to finish within one day.There would be one or two slight improvements that we believe could make the unit slightly better without too much of an additional cost,however, we are pleased that we have the summerhouse in place.Will I think be especially useful in spring and winter sunshine.

Good quality product, solid and a great size for the kids. Good delivery. Instructions are unclear, the whole frame is turned around between steps without any indication, you need to look carefully at the position of the long bars running across the top being either on the outside or inside of the long bars running up the ladders to ensure the corner supports fit between the top ladder rungs.

The monkey bars are well made, delivery and communications were good and efficient, however the assembly was a nightmare. The holes in the wood should be pre-drilled, or at least marked. We had to guess where to put the screws and I am sure some did not go to the right places. Instructions were not clear at all. I am not sure we connected all the panels correctly! I asked for assembly service before I purchased the item but it was not available! Would not have purchased if I knew it would be so much trouble.

We are very pleased with our "super-shed" it's added genuine, usable space to our home for a growing family. Dunster House were great throughout the sales and installation process, the standard of materials used in construction and the workmanship on assembly is really good. With a base and electrical work it has ended up being a substantial investment for us but worth every penny.

This is a brilliant play frame. It is sturdy, has plenty of features and my 3 year old loves it! I'm sure it will give our family years of pleasure. All the kit was delivered very quickly and with clear instructions. It took a couple of adults a day to put together but the instructions were such that it was very straightforward. Highly recommended kit and company.
