Everything went very well from the ordering to the delivery. Very punctual for the delivery and the product itself is very good; quality as expected. The assembling was also easy, following the detailed instructions. The final product meets the expectations, now we hope it lasts :-)

Just received my porch

Just received my porch. Ordered last week delivered today. Checked contents. All parts and fittings supplied. Nothing missing nothing broken.excellent service. Excellent company. And the product is better quality than I expected. It was even wrapped in plastic protected from the weather. Highly recommend. Only downside is no showrooms to view items before purchase and unable to make bespoke item sizes. But apart from that 10 out of 10 excellent..

Had updates from Dunster re delivery date and on the day the driver rang me when they were 30mins away. Delivery drivers extremely helpful. Pergola is lovely. We are delighted with it.

Good quality materials, a 24 page assembly leaflet!! But it works very well and it is 100% easy to understand, just take the time and enjoy it :)

Excellent communication from order to delivery. Product is exactly as advertised. Price had dropped by 20% before it had been delivered so I contacted customer service and I was refunded the difference without any hesitation. This is excellent customer service.
