Product was delivered on time, placed exactly where I requested, and parts shown with inventory list. Instructions were really easy to follow, and pergola took 2 of us less than 5 hours to assemble. Excellent customer service throughout process. Was able to chat online with an advisor ref a query I had before placing my pergola order by phone. Payment & delivery arrangements all fully explained to me. I received confirmation details & regular delivery updates by email & telephone. On the morning of delivery the driver rang to confirm estimated time of arrival. As I have no front driveway the delivery guys were kind enough to deliver to the rear of my property & through the back gate to my garden. Clear instructions included in packaging, relatively easy to put together. Very pleased with quality, size & colour of the pergola, it is a very attractive feature in the garden & has received many compliments. Would highly recommend Dunster products & their excellent customer service.
