Very helpful, quality product, clear instructions
I had a couple of calls to answer questions I had about the cabin and they were very helpful without any sales pressure. The delivery was smooth and defiant the product is perfect. It feels quality and looks great. The instructions were clear and the videos help with the complex parts. Would definitely recommend and might even get another one myself.

Really easy to order
Really easy to order. Delivery was very great, the two guys were very helpful. Wood was good quality. The man that put it together, commented that the instructions could of been better.

A really lovely quality product
A really lovely quality product and very good value - beautiful wood - a large double office took two people about 3 days to assemble. We are very happy with the product. Everything that we needed was there including extra screws and timber. Only issue was a few pieces of the wood were a bit twisted or bowed (as you might expect with wood) and needed some manipulation to get into place. Instructions a little difficult to follow - could have done with more detailed information but worth persevering.
