Great Gazebo, looks stunning in the garden, all visitors are taking a photo! Easy to assemble, hardest part is the shingles on the roof however they do make it look great, just take your time installing - all instructions for assembly were spot on. We wanted an indoor/ourdoor feel without blocking any other part of the garden,and we got exactly that, fantastic quality, delivery and customer service ... highly recommend

Generally a very good product and I’m happy with the purchase. What lets it down was the delivery people are not insured to enter the garden so everything was dumped outside and left to me to carry the product through to where it was needed.

In terms of quality and service, I would have given a five. However, I feel that your delivery policy needs to be more flexible. Our property opens directly onto the front street and our driveway is at the side. The delivery drivers refused to put the gazebo on the driveway, and insisted on unloading it directly onto the pavement. I think your policy of delivery to the front of the house only is unnecessarily inflexible, especially given that all properties are different. It would have created no more work for your team to simply deliver it onto the driveway.
