It's really good quality
It's really good quality, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. All the parts fitted well. The only changes we made was to reduce the height by 3 inches, but on guttering so the roof did not drip and to fit curtains on a track. We are really pleased with the pegola now it's finished. My wife and I who are both in our mid 70s put it up ourselves.

Excellent and very helpful sales person
Excellent and very helpful sales person. Delivery excellent. Construction went fairly well but takes longer than suggested even though the two people erecting the summerhouse had done this before but with a different supplier. However one of the doors has already broken so disappointed with the quality. Not all parts fitted as well as they should but the overall finished summerhouse looks attractive and will prove to be an asset to the garden overall.

From initial enquiry to final purchase, all contact was polite, friendly and professional. The cabin was delivered when agreed and driver phoned 15 minutes before arrival. Again delivery staff were polite, dropped where agreed and nothing damaged. The cabin was easy to build and I am very satisifed with the product.
