Trustworthy and reliable all round
Nothing to complain about delivered well and easy enough to put up as long as you prepare and get some help! Instructions easy to follow, only suggestion may be to mark each piece to correspond with the instructions rather than measuring each piece of roof slat to make sure you have the right piece took a long time.

The whole process was very easy from ordering to delivery. My builder put the gazebo up while we were away so it was ready for use on our return. It's really gorgeous & a great addition to our garden.

The Severn cabin with side shed
A fabulous cabin, a little complicated when you first start putting together, but once you have the first few pieces in place, the rest soon follow much easier, it looks beautiful and very sturdy.

Terminator 4 x 3 mtr build
Had a terminator 4x3 mtr cabin delivered yesterday, ands 3 of us had it to roof including insulation, door gear fitted and first coat of preservative, within 24 hours. Only one problem, which was overcome very quickly, they supplied 1 4mtr length too many, and had us scratching our heads Quickly resolved, and now just flooring to go down, felt on, and finish painting. Looks fantastic

Good experience
Bought a gazebo from Dunster House. Service was good, delivery date confirmed within a week she delivered within 3 weeks of order. Delivery drivers kept us informed of their arrival time. Not the easiest thing to build, getting the roof to neatly slot together was a challenge. Could only do it by sawing some bits off, but got there in end and happy with the finished thing.

You won't be disappointed.
I looked at several companies selling cabins but found Dunster House to have the best design and features. I placed my order and within 15 days my cabin was delivered by 2 friendly guys. With help from a friend the cabin was built within 2 days. The instructions were mostly clear but take time to read them and all will be OK. Really pleased with the product but painting it took me longer than yhe build!
