Excellent quality summerhouse and great sales service.
Dunster house kept me informed from my order date to delivery. The summerhouse is made of good quality timber and looks amazing now its constructed. The double glazed windows ensure peace and quiet when inside the lovely interior and it looks beautiful outside too.

Dominator insulated Garden office
We purchased the Dominator insulated garden office and as it was January, we got it at a great price. The ordering of the office was very easy, no issues at all. Delivery was excellent Muly and Archie did a great job and even put it up the side of the house for me which I was so glad of, it really helped. Customer service from start to finish has been great, we had an issue with the door, the bolts for the hinges were in the wrong position. I had a response from Lisa within 24hrs and a new part delivered a few days later. The garden office itself was a really difficult build with not very clear instructions. I had a joiner build this for me and he did struggle at times. There is also an issue with moving slats, speaking to a neighbour who also has a Dunster said he has the same problem. To be honest a few more screws hold the slats in place so not a major issue. Overall I am very pleased, given the price I paid. The quality is decent.

Fantastic service and product
I spoke to them on the phone on the Sunday, ordered our pergola, confirmed on the Monday it would be delivered on the following Friday, which it was , whole process done in 6 days. Great service and excellent quality product

Easy to order. I rang although online was just as simple. Really friendly and knowledgable. Fast delivery and got to choose a date that suited me. Delivery drivers were excellent. They stacked the kit and even offered a few tips.

Wooden Pergola
This Pergola was well photographed and described on their website, allowing a confident purchase. It was delivered quickly. The kit proved of good quality timber, well-proofed, and came with all fixings and comprehensive instructions at a very keen price. Shown as a two-person assembly, I was able to build it upside down by myself by modifying the leg attachments to the roof using coach bolts and gluing all joints in addition to the supplied screws. I then got brief assistance to right it. An excellent product.
