I’ve just spent a day and a half building the taarmo shed (with help from 2 others) and I’m delighted with it. The now completed shed is a really good addition to the garden. Instructions clear and easy to follow. Good quality parts - the robust doorframe gives it an esteemed look of quality. Very happy. One bit of feedback is the roof felt clout nails, while ok for the roof aren’t long enough for battening down the edges and need to be longer - fortunately I had some of these.

Cannot fault the service from Dunster House and quality of the Titania garden office and I have no hesitation in recommending them. From ordering to completion, the process was flawless. There was one window sill missing from the original delivery but this was delivered on a next day courier so the build wasn't held up. I am extremely happy with the final office build and I am looking forward to getting many years use out of it. Thanks Dunster House!

Firstly these are not the cheapest garden rooms available on the internet, do your research as you get what you pay for. The roof material is solid insulating foam with an inner and outer skin which is thermally superior to a glorified shed with a wooden roof. The floors are also far superior to basic OSB or Ply boards in cheaper alternatives. The walls and floors all have insulating layers although there is plenty of room in the walls and floor spaces to add extra PIR insulating boards if required (It's a shame these voids are not filled / materials provided by DH). I added extra insulation as it would be too late to add it after it was built and wasn't worth the risk to wish I'd added it in hindsight. These buildings need to be erected by a competent DIYer who has tools and can modify things as required. Buildings made out of timber are rarely perfect and square, inevitably some things will not quite fit and need and may need cutting or planing. A couple of cans of insulating foam and exterior seal and are a must to seal between the wall panels and roof spaces. The instructions whilst OK are not perfect and sometimes leave you scratching your head as the diagrams don't always perfectly represent what is in front of you. I also opted to for a concrete pad to make the base last and also got some anthracite flashing panels made up by a local sheet roofing firm to seal the bottom from wind, rain and wildlife. This is my second big purchase from DH (First was an Atlas Garden Shelter which has been great). The delivery guys were great although bound by certain rules about where they can and cant drop off, they accommodated me as best they could. Would I purchase from DH again.... Absolutely! There are better options out there but they cost more as well as cheaper options that are of lower quality. I find DH to be in the middle ground whilst being great quality that will last. Always do your research and don't just go for the cheapest.

I love the cabin. You can see it’s great quality but I’ve been having some issues with my doors sticking a lot. We have to forcefully push/pull them which pulls the other door a little each time. This worries me as it doesn’t feel safe and of course it’s extremely annoying!!

This product was perfect! Exactly what we wanted and with the lights we got round it looks wonderful. The ordering and service side of the purchase was great Dunster kept up communication and sent our delivery date right away as well as other info and installation tips. We had someone build it for us so no comment on the putting together of it but our landscaper had no issues as far as we are aware. All around great and will definitely use Dunster House again.
