Excellent website - easy to order and all the information you need very clear. Delivery guys were fantastic which was a plus (given the delivery instructions were detailed but a little concerning on what Dunster would and wouldnt do). The guys who delivered were friendly and very helpful despite our driveway not being the easiest to get onto.

So far cannot fault our Dunster gazebo , delivery went to plan and the gazebo is up and being finished off over next week or so , good quality , nothing missing and fantastic value for money .

Generally very satisfied, Good design and it went up relatively smoothly. Only quibble is that some of the wood is not as smooth as it should be, maybe they need to sharpen their saws ...

Ordered the tool shed over the phone very helpful staff member was contacted in a couple of days to arrange delivery which was convenient to me. the following week was arranged i was contacted around 8am and told of delivery time. It was a kerbside delivery and my husband was available to move up the drive. We are very happy with the quality of the tall tool shed which has now been assembled and painted and is not being used for tools but the tall awkward garden sofa and chair cushions! would have liked to have been given the option on which way the door was hung, this doesn`t detract from the quality of the shed which now looks like a short version of our beach hut!

Couldn`t be happier, delivery was excellent, we worked out a date that suited everyone (including my builder). the finished product is stunning and we have many a happy evening it it since. The only critic I would have is the build time is a bit more than quoted, it actually took 3 joiners 4 days to put it up and they had power saws, nail guns etc.
